The TA Luft Act sets maximum permissible limits for emissions of dust, vapors or gases when processing, conveying or transferring dusty, liquid or gaseous materials, taking into account the specific risk potential.

Delivered product meets specifications and is fit for use

All purchase orders and contracts are reviewed by inside sales personnel. Special quality and engineering requirements are reviewed by respective departments to ensure customer specifications can be met with supplied product.

Quality Assurance program established and in place

Flexitallic has a quality system that is certified to the stringent requirements of ISO 9001. This quality program has been in place since 1993 and includes all elements such as contract review, training, manufacturing, inspection, testing and shipping.

Training and documentation program in place (e.g. ISO 9000 Certification)

All employees are trained for their specific job needs. Training requirements are reviewed yearly by department supervisors for all employees and records maintained.

Ability to provide product certification documents as required

All orders with special quality and engineering requirements are subjected to Final Inspection by qualified Q.A. Technicians. Military standards are used for sampling inspection and certifications generated per customer orders. Complete traceability is maintained for all products that include raw material certifications.
