    • Moderate concentrations of acids & caustics, chlorine and hydrogen peroxide
    • Can be used for all concentrations of sulfuric acid
    • WRAS approved for hot and cold potable water services
  • Sigma 511

    Sigma 511

    MATERIAL: Biaxially-orientated PTFE containing silica
    COLOR: Fawn

    • Standard compressibility
    • Strong acids (except hydrofluoric) to general chemicals
    • Can be used for all concentrations of sulfuric acid
    • Not suitable for molten alkali metals, fluorine gas or hydrogen fluoride
    • WRAS approved for hot and cold potable water services
  • Sigma 533

    MATERIAL: Biaxially orientated PTFE containing barium sulfate
    COLOR: Off white (pigment free)

    • Standard compressibility
    • Ideal for sealing food, pharmaceutical and other non-contamination applications
    • Strong alkaline solutions to other general chemicals
    • Aqueous hydrofluoric acid below 49%
    • Not suitable for sealing molten alkali metals or fluorine gas

    SF 2401

    Medium quality, cost effective, compressed, non-asbestos sheet material. Based on a blend of aramid and inorganic fiber with a high quality nitrate binder system. Suitable for use with oils, solvents, gases, hot and cold water, low pressure steam and many dilute acids and alkalis.

    • Max Temperature: 662°F (350°C)
    • Max Pressure: 1450 psig (100 bar)
    • ASME m: 3.2
    • ASME y: 2900 psi (20 MPa)
    • pH Range: 3–11
  • Flexpro PTFE

    Flexpro PTFE

    The Flexpro gasket exhibits excellent compressibility and recovery characteristics, maintaining joint tightness under pressure and temperature fluctuations, temperature differential across the flange face, flange rotation, bolt stress relaxation, and creep. Suitable from vacuum to extremely high pressure applications.

    Style CGI - Flexible Graphite

    Suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges and specified for high pressure/temperature service or where corrosive or toxic media are present.

  • Style CG - Flexible Graphite

    Style CG - Flexible Graphite

    Utilizes an external ring which accurately centers gasket on flange face: provides additional radial strength to prevent gasket blowout and acts as a compression stop. A general purpose gasket suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges.
